How do I update my profile?

  1. Go to My EAST > Profile.
  2. You'll see a summary of your profile.
  3. Click the 'Edit Profile' icon in the top right corner.
  4. Click the 'Save' button when you're finished with your changes.

How do I view my classes?

  1. Go to My EAST > Classes.
  2. Click the 'Classes' tab.
  3. You'll see a list of classes your facilitator has added.

How do I view my class journals?

  1. Go to My EAST > Classes.
  2. Click the 'Journals' tab.
  3. You'll see a list of class journals and the due date for each.

How do I respond to journal questions?

  1. Go to My EAST > Classes.
  2. Click the 'Journals' tab.
  3. Click the 'Responses' link to the far right of each journal..
  4. You'll see the question and below it is a text box.
  5. Type your response to the question in the text box.
  6. Click the 'Next Question' button when finished.

How can I see what training sessions I've registered for?

  1. Go to My EAST >Training & Events .
  2. Click the 'My Training Sessions' tab.
  3. You'll see the list of all the training sessions you registered for.

How can I see what training sessions my school has registered for?

  1. Go to My EAST >Training & Events .
  2. Click the 'My School's Training Sessions' tab.
  3. You'll see the list of all the training sessions your school registered for.

How do I open an EAST help ticket?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials .
  2. Click the 'Help Tickets' tab.
  3. Click the 'Add Help Ticket' icon at the top right corner.
  4. Select the Topic of the Ticket.
  5. Prepare an report of the problem you are facing.
  6. Click the 'Save' button when finished

How do I respond to my school's help tickets?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials .
  2. Click the 'Help Tickets' tab.
  3. Click the 'Details' link placed at the far right of the ticket.
  4. You'll see a text box at the bottom of the page.
  5. Type in your response to the ticket.
  6. Click the 'Save' button when finished.

How do I close an EAST help ticket?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials .
  2. Click the 'Help Tickets' tab.
  3. Click the 'Details' link placed at the far right of the ticket.
  4. Select the 'Close' link under 'Status' at the top right hand corner of the page.
  5. You may re-open the ticket just click the 'Re-Open' link at the top right corner.

How do I see what tutorials I've viewed?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials .
  2. Click the 'Tutorials' tab.
  3. You'll see a list of all the tutorials you've viewed.
