How do I view all tutorials available?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials > Tutorials
  2. You'll see the 10 newest tutorials created.
  3. You can filter the type of tutorial by selecting a specific category located at the left of the page.

How do I view EAST Forums?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials > Forums.
  2. You'll see the EAST Forum discussions.

How do I view help tickets?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials > Help Tickets.
  2. You'll see a list of open help tickets.

How do I open help ticket?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials > Help Tickets.
  2. Click the 'Add Help Ticket' icon at the top right corner.
  3. Select the drop down box to specify the topic of your problem.
  4. In the text box below it type your problem.
  5. Click the 'Save' button to submit the help ticket.

How can I not view Facilitator Documents?

  1. If you are a current facilitator, please login first.
  2. Students are not permitted to view these files.

How can I contact Tech Support?

  1. Go to My EAST >Support & Tutorials > Contact EAST Support.
  2. You'll see our EAST address and number, and to the side will be an email specifically for technical support.
