Student Projects

Dardanelle EAST students are increasing public awareness of the work of the USO by creating a video of interviews with local military personnel and veterans, and incorporating USO archived video footage. The video is to be shown at the Dardanelle Middle School Veteran’s Day assembly as well as to community organizations such as Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce and to DHS JROTC students.

The project is an opportunity for the students to hone their camera, editing and script-writing skills and practice problem solving and teamwork — all while promoting a very important organization.
