Fee $80
If payment is received within ninety (90) days of the invoice / registration
date the registration fee is discounted to $75.
Included in this fee is lunch on both days; all other
meals will be the participant’s responsibility.
Cancellations made before June 23, 2008 will receive a full refund.
All cancellations after this date will forfeit their registration fee.
