Advanced applications technical trainings for students are offered
throughout the year for the purpose of establishing a basic technical knowledge
pool on which to build. “Seed” training allows two students from a school to
learn about a specific technology to enable them to not only advance in project
sophistication but to become the resident expert if you will on campus.
Upcoming Student Technical Training
EAST pedagogical training consists of three phases. These trainings are
specifically designed to prepare teachers pedagogically to being creating an
information era EAST learning center. These phases are timed throughout the year
to assist the facilitator with “just in time” training as they progress through
the first year in developing their EAST program.
Upcoming Facilitator Training
EAST Logistics, Management, and Administration (ELMA) is a one day
technology credited workshop designed to prepare and assist all levels of school
staff to support their local EAST Program.
